Step into a world of wealth and good fortune with Money Pot Deluxe, an online slot developed by TaDa Gaming and released in June 2025. The game is built around Cai Shen, the Chinese God of Wealth, who watches over reels filled with golden coins, Yuanbao ingots and coloured gems. Rich red and gold tones, festive oriental music and lively animations create a luxurious atmosphere.
Money Pot Deluxe is played on a compact 5x3 grid with just 3 paylines that pay both left to right and right to left. The action centres on collecting prizes: Cai Shen acts as a Cash Collect symbol, Mystery symbols reveal cash values or jackpot prizes, and the Golden Lock Respin is a hold-and-win style bonus where filling the reels awards the 5,000x Grand Jackpot.
This slot will appeal to players who enjoy Asian-themed games and hold-and-win bonuses with fixed jackpots. With a high RTP of 97.2%, low-medium volatility and a top prize of 5,000x the bet, it offers relaxed, steady sessions with a big target at the top. It is the upgraded version of TaDa Gaming's earlier Money Pot slot.
Money Pot Deluxe uses 5 reels and 3 rows with 3 paylines that pay in both directions. Cai Shen is the Cash Collect symbol: when he lands he collects the Yuanbao values shown on the reels, and when he lands in the centre position he triggers the Golden Lock Respin. Mystery symbols can appear in the base game and the bonus, revealing either a Yuanbao cash value or a jackpot prize.
The Golden Lock Respin is a hold-and-win feature that starts with 3 respins. Prize symbols lock in place, and in the bonus round Jackpot Mystery symbols can reveal the Mini, Minor or Major jackpot. Filling all positions awards the Grand Jackpot of 5,000x the bet. An Extra Bet with three levels (2x, 4x and 8x chances) lets you pay more per spin to improve your odds of triggering features.
Money Pot Deluxe has an RTP of 97.2%, which is above the average for online slots, and low-medium volatility. This combination points to fairly regular small and medium wins rather than long dry spells, making the game a comfortable choice for players with smaller bankrolls.
The jackpots are fixed: Mini pays 15x, Minor 25x, Major 100x and Grand 5,000x the bet, which is also the maximum win. Most of the excitement comes from the Golden Lock Respin, where every new prize symbol brings you closer to filling the reels. Players looking for extreme volatility may find it calm, but those who like steady play with a clear big prize will enjoy it.
Based on reviews
Money Pot Deluxe has been a lot of fun for me! The low-medium volatility keeps my balance steady, and I love the chance to hit that 5,000x Grand Jackpot. The graphics are impressive, but I wish the Golden Lock Respin triggered a bit more often.
As a casual player, I appreciate the vibrant visuals and smooth mobile gameplay of Money Pot Deluxe. However, with only 3 paylines the base game can feel a bit simple between bonus rounds. Still, it's fun to play when I'm looking for something light!
I really enjoy the Golden Lock Respin in Money Pot Deluxe. Watching the prize symbols lock in and the respins reset keeps me coming back. Though I sometimes find the Mystery symbol reveals a bit too lengthy, the overall experience makes up for it.
I've been analyzing slot games for a while, and Money Pot Deluxe has some solid mechanics. The 97.2% RTP is generous, but I would have liked to see more variety in the reel configuration. It's got potential, but it feels close to the original Money Pot.
Money Pot Deluxe is a blast! I've had some great wins, and the thrill of chasing the Grand Jackpot keeps me hooked. The atmosphere is fantastic, though I did notice the soundtrack can get a bit repetitive during long sessions. Overall, it's a winner in my book!
